40+ Trees & Plants Line Drawing Pack is a complete digital library of architectural vegetation symbols, created for architects, designers, and students who want clean, consistent, professional trees and planting for site plans, masterplans, and diagrams

Let me tell you why I made this pack, even though there are already hundreds of tree packs online. Then you can decide for yourself whether this one is worth using or not.

Personally, I could never find a tree pack that I actually liked. Most were too basic, too generic, or too messy. Even the ones advertised as realistic often looked unclean and awkward once placed in a drawing.

The bigger issue was flexibility. You might get a variety of trees, but they did not work together. You could not mix them freely in the same drawing without it looking unintentional. The only way to make them feel natural was to use one or two symbols and repeat them across the site, which quickly becomes obvious and repetitive.

I wanted trees that could be used in different ways. Simple enough for early, sketchy site plans. Detailed enough for final presentation drawings. Clean enough that you can mix variations together without the drawing falling apart.

That is what this pack does.

The first two rows includes a variety of tree symbols I personally like and use regularly. The remaining sets are designed as families. Each group contains multiple variations of the same tree type, so when you populate a site plan, the planting feels natural rather than copied and pasted.

Because the line work is clean and consistent, you can build density, variation, and hierarchy without visual noise. The result is a site plan that looks calm, intentional, and considered, as if you spent far longer on it than you actually did.

Who Am I & What Do I Know About Architecture?

I’m Rasha Shrourou, an architectural designer and founder of Surviving Architecture; a community of over 300,000 architects and students learning to create better drawings and presentations.

I started Surviving Architecture while studying architecture to share what I was learning and help others improve their visual storytelling. What began as a few tutorials has grown into one of the largest platforms for architecture students worldwide.
