This license permits you to use bought textures/photos/files in your concept designs/files/PSDs for commercial purposes. This is not a transfer of ownership agreement. This license cannot be transferred. You are not authorized to use the files if you do not adhere to the conditions.

After purchasing, you cannot resell the files unmodified to any other party without integrating them into your own unique designs/images/visualizations.

Without Surviving Architecture's prior written approval, you may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, lend, or transfer photographs in their original unmodified form. Surviving Architecture also owns any variations of these files.
