You cannot resell the files unmodified to any other party without integrating them into your own unique designs/images/visualizations after purchasing them.

Without Surviving Architecture's prior written approval, you may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, lend, or transfer photographs in their original unmodified form. Surviving Architecture also owns any variations of these files.
